Progress Report as of August 2026

Construction continues to progress steadily across all four residences as we move through the heart of summer. Interior finishes are coming together beautifully, while exterior site work is making significant strides.

Residence 1

• Final interior punch list and finish work underway.

• Master bedroom limewash feature wall in progress.

• Fireplace and HVAC systems have been started up.

• Cabinet hardware and patio heaters installed.

• Elevator finishes nearing completion.

Residence 2

• Interior glass railings are being installed.

• Fireplace and HVAC systems have been commissioned.

• Wine storage installation is complete.

• Garage epoxy flooring finished.

• Final trim and punch list work continues.

Residence 3

• Staircase and railings installed, with glass fabrication beginning soon.

• Shower glass, mirrors, appliances, and wine storage installed.

• Wet bar tile and additional stone surfaces completed.

• Interior finishes are coming together quickly.

Residence 4

• Trim, doors, painting, and tile work complete.

• Reclaimed wood mudroom feature installed.

• Countertops are in fabrication.

• Cabinet and hardware installation progressing.

Site & Exterior

• Hot tubs have been installed at all four residences.

• Driveway construction is well underway, including snowmelt infrastructure.

• Boulder walls and landscape stonework are complete.

• Exterior railings are beginning, with final stucco to follow after driveway completion.

• Copper gutters and downspouts have been installed.
