Residence 1 (Near Completion)

• Stair systems complete: treads, landings, and integrated lighting

• Cabinetry updates complete: ski room, bunk room, mudroom, bar

• Trim + touch-ups underway

• Punch list + final cleaning to begin once railings are complete

Residence 2 (Finishing Stage)

• Shower enclosures + majority of mirrors installed

• Plumbing fixtures + electrical trim nearing completion (LED install underway)

• Final drywall + paint in stairwell in progress

• Installation of stair treads and landings has begun

Residence 3 (Interior Finishes Well Underway)

• Cabinetry installed + slab countertops set

• Fireplaces complete (great room + upper den)

• Reclaimed wood feature wall + ceiling in primary bedroom

• Trim, doors, and custom staining in progress

• Closet systems installed

• Mechanical trim (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) underway

Residence 4 (Transitioning to Finishes)

• Drywall complete; ceilings painted + walls primed

• Wood ceilings underway (great room + mezzanine)

• Fireplace stonework + elevator installation in progress

• Wood flooring install has begun

• Interior doors + trim has begun

• Cabinetry install to follow

Site & Exterior Progress

• Stone veneer complete on Residence 4 front façade; crews moving across Residences 1–3

• Snowmelt + flagstone complete at Residence 3 (deck + walkways); hot tub patio nearing completion

• Steel railing components installed across decks

• Soffit + stucco work ongoing

• Driveway planning underway

• Crane removal scheduled for mid-May
