Residence #1

• Interior railings, closet systems, and mechanical room ceiling completed

• Initial cleaning completed after temporary protection removal

• Fireplace startup underway

• Elevator passed inspection and is operational

• Patio heaters and motorized shades being installed

• Wallpaper and owner-supplied lighting expected to arrive at the end of June

• Punch list and touch-up work ongoing

Residence #2

• Stair treads and landings completed

• Interior railings nearing completion

• Electrical trim work and LED accent lighting substantially complete

• Elevator passed inspection

• Initial cleaning and punch list work to begin shortly

Residence #3

• Cabinetry, countertops, trim, and doors nearing completion

• Plumbing fixtures and electrical trim installed

• Painting and fireplace detailing underway

• Appliances scheduled for installation next week

Residence #4

• Wood flooring completed

• Tile, cabinetry, doors, and trim continue to progress

• Countertop templating to begin soon

• Boilers, water tank, and associated plumbing installed

Exterior & Site Work

• Stucco and masonry work continue across the property

• Solar panels and gas meters installed

• Gutters and downspouts underway

• Hot tub installed at Residence #4

• Construction crane removed from site

• Driveway work scheduled to begin in the coming weeks
